CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
This CONTRACT OF LEASE is made and executed at Iloilo City, this 17 th day of June
2021, by and between:
 
        Jessie Pineda(LESSOR), of legal age, single,   Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at Bgy Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City,
 
-AND-
 
        Juan Dela Cruz(LESSEE), Filipino and with residence and postal address at (Brgy
Dungon, Jaro, Iloilo City.
 
WITNESSETH;
 
WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of THE LEASED PREMISES, a residential
property at JM Basa St, Iloilo City;
 
WHEREAS, the LESSOR agrees to lease-out the property to the LESSEE;
 
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the LESSOR
leases unto the LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby accepts from the LESSOR the
LEASED premises, subject to the following conditions:

1. The monthly rental shall be P10,000 pesos, to be paid on or before the 10 th day
of each and every month, plus 2% surcharge per month for the rentals paid 10
days after due date.

2. The Lessee is given a right of first refusal, in case the property being leased will
be sold by the Lessor during the time of the lease .

3. The term of the lease is 2 years. Any damage on the property shall be charged to
the P20,000 security deposit to be paid by the Lessee before using the premises.
