It is to submit that Sri G. Venkateswarlu, PC-1140 of E-Coy of this Bn., who was
declared as deserter from the force w.e.f. 26.03.22AN.

He appeared before the undersigned with a representation on 03.08.22FN and

requested to take him to duty from desertion.

The request of Sri G. Venkateswarlu, PC-1140 of E-Coy., is considered and he is

taken to duty from desertion on 03.08.22FN and he reported for duty at “HQ” Coy on
03.08.22FN.

Accordingly, a draft order taken on duty from desertion, is put up herewith for
favour of perusal and approval please.
