JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT COORDINATOR/PROCESS ASSOCIATE

multicultural communications solutions. Our organization deals with translation services and has
been serving the global market for more than a decade now. Some amongst the pool of our long-
term valuable clients are Kohler, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Samsung, so on and so forth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing all stages of translation projects right from receipt of a request
from client, price and delivery negotiation, translator liaison, document correction, final
delivery of projects to clients to post-delivery feedback Implementation
• Anticipate and advice on project plans, potential issues, prioritization and management of a
project at the final delivery stage
• Quality check of the work
• Building excellent relationships with clients and vendors
• Liaising with internal as well as external contacts in the division (translators, project
managers, editors, technical team)
• Contribute to improving Project delivery Methodology
• Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

Key Competencies:

• Must be a good communicator in both verbal and written. (Must be fluent in English)
• Computer knowledge: MS Office - Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, etc & HTML- tags, placeholder etc.
• Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
• Good Convincing and Negotiation Skills
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent Team Player

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Qualification: Must be a Graduate

Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary – 2-3 LPA (Negotiable beyond)
