All handover notes are to be submitted on or before 30" May in Person to the Auxiliary Bishop (who will ascertain compliance with the guidelines). A copy of the handover notes is to be also given to the Archbishop. * Please note that from the time of the publication of these changes/transfers, no capital project/expenditures are to be made. * There will be a meeting with all those affected by the changes/transfers with the Archbishop and the Auxiliary Bishop on Tuesday, 24th May, 2022, at the Archbishop's conference room at 12 noon. ‘* Forms for monthly pastoral records and financial summary to be prepared specifically for the Archbishop should be collected from Fr.
