SUBJECT: Parameter and Error list Zanotti GM-Uniblock & GS-Split

Attached, please find the Zanotti GM-Uniblock & GS-Split Parameter and Error list. This document
explains how to work with the units controller, gives an overview of all the parameter settings and
gives an thoroughly explanation about the error codes.

Before performing design, construction, or maintenance, thoroughly read the "Installation Manual" that
come with this product.

3. How to program the parameters
Level 1 parameters:

1. Touch PRG key for 5 seconds.


It will display the label CP (compressor) indicating that you have access to the programming menu.

2. Act on the wheel to display the desired folder.

3. Touch the PRG key to access the parameters of the selected folder.

4. Act on the wheel to select the parameter you want to modify.

5. Touch the PRG key to display the parameter value.

6. act on the wheel to change it.

7. Touch the PRG key to store the value and return to display the parameter label.

8. To return to the folder briefly touch the ON / OFF key.

Level 2 parameters:

1. Touch PRG key for 5 seconds.

2. Act on the wheel and scroll to the CnF-folder.

3. Touch the PRG key to access the folder.

4. Act on the wheel and scroll to the PA2-label.

5. Touch the PRG key to access the folder.

6. Give in the password “100” by using the scroll wheel.

7. Touch the PRG key.

8. Scroll through the level 2 parameters.

9. Touch the PRG key to access a folder.

Level 2 parameters should not be changed, they are unit related and
critical for the unit operation.

4. Entering ‘Machine Status’ Menu
Press and release the PRG key to open the ‘Machine Status’ menu. The following parameters will
appear:
• ALr: alarms folder (if present; probe errors/faults excluded)
• SP: setpoint configuration folder
• Pb1: probe 1 value folder
• Pb2: probe 2 value folder (if present; H42 = y)
• Pb3: probe 3 value folder (if present; H43 ≠ n)
 FnC: Functions folder. The functions are :
