Kindly Share following Instructions with Students:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Use stable internet connection (min 1 MBPS)

2. Book slot very judiciously since slot cancellation is not available
3. Avoid using office laptop for lab exam (it may block iDAMS server connectivity - as per your
organization rules)
4. Complete practice of tools by booking slot in lab practice phase 1 only & utilize all slots
allotted for practice
5. Start booking slot from first day of access allowed, if someone is not getting slots at last
he/she will be responsible for the same since more slots are allocated always by calculation
6. Do not share practice/exam submission file with other students by any way if found copied
both will be given Zero Marks
7. Chat with Gargi for any connectivity issue/ input files missing with screenshot upload in Gargi
8. Save screenshots regularly while solving the tutorials during practice & exam and save files in
your drive as backup
9. After completion of every practice tutorial problem, take a snapshot and include the same in
the assignment PPT as per instructions from the lab instructor.
10. Please provide feedback in iDAMS after practice and exam session
11. Lab Exams are compulsory
12. Quiz exams are also part of exam so completion of quiz is compulsory
13. Students are expected to complete exam in regular phase only
14. Strictly follow the instructions given by your respective faculty and their decision will be final
for evaluation process
15. Exam dates or practice dates extension will not happen and evaluation of practice & exams
will be taken care as per instructions given by respective lab faculty, failure to practice and
exam will lead to RRA (Required to re-register again)
