Dear Madam,

Please refer to your letter dated August 5, 2022 in response our letter dated
June 22, 2022 requesting you provide copies of listed documents in
connection with your application for membership of the federation. In this
regard we wish to inform that the requisite documents are only for confirmation
that the applying member is active on date and aims/objectives of the adopted
Rules & Regulations/MOA are for the benefits/welfare of the residents of
their block in Saket. The need for asking these documents arose when
recently a member society was suspended as we find that the said society was
inactive for so many years and was not working for the benefits of the
residents of the block. However, if you have certain limitation in supplying
the required documents please send the registration certificate and an
undertaking in respect to that your society is fully active as on date as per
mandatory requirements of adopted bylaws, rules and regulations. Once we
receive these documents we will place your application in our next Governing
meeting.
