3. Provide 24/7 unlimited access /user using IP
authentication, and Username and Password for remote
access for NLP clients
4. Provide FREE training and orientation, monthly usage
statistics by institution (remote access – separate group)(to
be submitted by email before the 5th day of the succeeding
month, Manila time), administrator and technical support for
online database related concerns.
5. The vendor will provide continuous support to NLP in
promoting the database.
6. Subscription period must be in 12 months.
7. Must provide technically feasible, functional and reliable
database system with 95% uptime
