1. The Defendant DAR is represented by the Bureau of Agrarian Legal

Assistance of the Department of Agrarian Reform thru its lawyer,
Atty. Jonalo Ace Chua. On January 13, 2021, it received notice of pre-
trial conference scheduled for February 9, 2021 hearing.

2. The Bureau of Agrarian Legal Assistance in Surigao del Norte is got

represented by Atty. Jonalo Ace Chua, but Atty. Chua had died last
October 14, 2020.

3. I, Maria Elizabeth L. De Guzman, the Provincial Agrarian Reform

Officer of this province, enter my permission to this Honorable Court
to appear for the time being to file herein attached motion to
suspend the pre-trial hearing on February 9, 2021.
