1、双击打开 wicreset 软件

1. Double click to open the wicreset software.

2、点击弹出窗口 Clise assistant forever.

3、等待自动下载完成。

4、出现打印机型号，如没有出现点击 刷新检查到的打印机列表 。（如还不能发现打印机，

请检查打印机电源是否打开，或者 USB 线是否与电脑连接）
4. The printer model appears. If there is no click, refresh the checked printer list. (If you can't find
the printer yet, please check if the printer is powered on, or if the USB cable is connected to the
computer)
5、点击 报告 。
5. Click Report.

6、弹出窗口，把故障代码截图或者拍照发给技术人员。
