 The story of the blind men and the elephant can be an analogy of everyday experience
where you have disagreements with friends or family over something. Was the
disagreement “resolved”? If yes, how? If not, how can a more holistic perspective help in
the resolution?
- A disagreement inside my family rarely happens but when it’s occurring there is no
such drama due to my relatives who has a wide understanding and good judgement
therefore the disagreements would always end up being solve and everyone decided
to unite. The story entitled ‘The Blind Men and The Elephant’, my perspective of
what could have been a clearer conclusion of the story at the end of the video is that
all those blind men silently agreed and believed what did the Rajah told them. Their
disagreement was resolved by the statement of the Rajah who has the ability to see
the truth what an elephant looks like and told them that their description of the
elephant was only based on the part of the elephant that they were able to touch one
by one.
