complaint :
1. Since last nite my father was hospitalized and got an infused with electrolyte liquid
because the laboratory result showed that my father got hyponatremia.
2. And my father always hiccups all day long and felt difficult to swallow.
(you see the photo of my father tounge) there is an enlarge pappilae. Is that the cause
of he difficult to swallow?
3. my father has stopped took the chemo since 8 Feb (1 wk), after took it for almost 3 wk.
But he still felt the very very hard nausea. Especially in every beginnig of eating-time. So
it leads his stomach felt pulled forward and cause pain on his back, and upper back. In
every nausea, he go to the toilet and try to vomit but nothing was vomitted.
4. after stop took the chemo, (just using chinese medicine) my father felt bit warm
(sometimes heat) in his right stomach (i thought it was a liver). 
5. hard to sleep at nite because he has no found a good position to sleep cause his
stomach so uncomfortable. ( i thought his stomach just a grow little bigger than he used
to be).
6. still jaundice 
7. low intake. Less of appetite
8. he has lost his weight maybe 4kilos

Question : 
1. What is the cause of heat on his right stomach? 
2. (show the last pict of amangboru) What can you see for my fathers health thorugh this
photo ? is it more cleaner than the last photo you saw (1wk ago which i sent to jack)?
3. can u interprate how advanced the cancer now after took ur medicine for 1 month?
4. is it true that giving more sugar is better for a liver disorders? Cause we always giving
him a sugar syrup (based on friend and fam suggestion) beside to decrease his nausea?
5. On your other liver cancer patient, what did they eat ? is there any food that can
increase a progress, at least to increase my dads appetite? 
6. in case of very hard and severe pain. Sometimes we felt confuse where we should bring
him to get cured, is it okay if sometimes we bring him to a hospital for emergency? Or
maybe let him get any pain killer (like trmadol, or a durogesic (fentanyl patch) ?or
maybe any analgetic injection) is it okay to let my father using a durogesic patch while
he using a chinese patch too ? if we found this situation of very severe pain, what action
should we take according to ur advice?
7. is this hospital able to check my fathers condition by an USG checking machine? Or
scanning test ?
8. Is it okay for taking any doction of medical plants? For example if my father  taking a the
result of water boiled of daun kenikir (bahasa ilmiah : Cosmos caudatus)? Or a
turmeric ?
9. Can u give us the medicine to increase my father appetite?
10. Is it okay to using NGT (nasogastric tube) in the hospital ? is it okay to got a parenteral
nutrition from hospital ? like a amino acid, fructose, glucose?
11. Can my father still using Chinese medicine while being hospitalized ?
