CELEBAL TECHNOLOGIES How the journey with Celebal will Look Like is Student Associate Once you have been appointed as a Jr. Associate at Celebal Technologies, you would definitely have to work out on your skills and upgrade them as per the industry requirements & Standards. During this phase you would not be onboarded officially however, you would be engaging yourselves 60-90 Days prior your actual onboarding in our pre-onboarding Training program called "Buckle Up" where your industry mentors would be training you on real life projects & scenarios. (The sole purpose of this program/engagement wiz. Buckle Up is to upskill you do not avail 4 any of your services therefore, this program would be an unpaid program) 4 VACELEBAL TECHNOLOGIES Cy Junior Associate Once you are onboarded in Celebal as per the employment terms, you would be aligned with a Mentor Buddy & an HR Buddy along with your reporting manager. During this phase you would be focusing on the Hands on Experience and you would be deployed on to the live Client Projects along with your reporting manager or mentor where you would be learning and upskilling yourselves for the further promotions. Associate (Apprenticeship) Time for promotion!
