Goal:
Replace self sabotaging & stress eating w/ clean eating and regular working out while blogging for accountability & tracking.

Beginning: Saturday August 27th. No more waiting for ‘Monday’.

Entry stats: Weight: 325lbs Size: 24 Height: 5’6” BMI: 52.5
Goal stats: Weight: 200lbs Size: 12 Height: 5’6” BMI: 32.3
Loss value: Weight:-125lbs Size: -6

BMR + TDEE ÷ 2 = Daily Calorie Goal

Goal Timeline:
Going to Disney in March 2023. I’d like to be ½ way-ish by then.
½ way = -62.5lbs and -3 sizes. Might be tricky on the lbs, but the sizes are doable.
