Campaign speech

I am one of you. I am your friend, your classmate, and

someone you can always count on. I'll keep it short and
simple: I want all of us to be president because if you elect
me, it will be you who will be in power.
It's time to vote for a president who shares your concerns
and opinions. As a representative, I will encourage more
extracurricular activities throughout the course. One very
pressing issue that I believe requires more attention is
students’ mental health; I will ensure that the necessary
steps are taken to address the issue.
I understand this post comes with responsibilities that I
believe I am fully capable to undertake. I am dedicated,
hardworking, and possess leadership skills. I always go the
extra mile to ensure that the grievances are heard and will
continue to do so. My record as an honor student
demonstrates that I never shy away from a challenge. This
post is a cornerstone for me to bring a positive change to the
school atmosphere.
I am aware of my flaws and weaknesses, but I want to prove
that you do not have to be perfect or ideal to effect change;
you simply need to have strong willpower. And despite the
outcome, I will continue to work for the benefit of my fellow
students.
