Why it was cancelled? The money was debited from my card... There should be no problem with the order.
I already Last month with the same card with no issues. If I have to wait for the refund I Will be not able to use the
cupón code.
Really dissapointing.

As payment and cancellation were made on the same day, your bank should void the payment
being sent to us. This means that on your statement you will either not see the debit or it will be
listed as a pending charge which will be removed in 3-8 working days. We do not have any say
in how long it takes to remove this charge. This is entirely down to your bank.
The transaction reference number for the cancellation is -
