1st Step -
open Command prompt
1st command - netsh interface ipv4 show inter

2nd step -
open change adapter and check while its working or not.
2nd command in command prompt- netsh interface ipv4 set interface (IDX Number of
ethernet) dadtransmits=0 store=persistent
(Result should be Ok)

3 Step -
services.msc and run as an administrator
search for DHCP client
Disabled the DHCP client

4th Step : Reboot
