Perks of leadership

Proactivity: someone that is one step ahead, just in case something happen
Assertivity: knows how to came together with the people in a good way for
all
Discipline: a person with self control.
Integrity: the people who keep all their values without regard for their
surroundings.

Why do you think these perks and competences are a common standard to
leaders?
I think these are common characteristics for leaders because leaders are
going to be the people that are followed and with these characteristics they
are able to let other people feel secure and to learn these perks and use them
in the future. By having these competencies developed the team that the
leaders are part of are going to be prepared and will have a better place for
everyone to work in.
