1. The Second Party agrees to contribute Ten thousand pesos (P10,000.

00) as an investment to
“Kuya Lito’s Fried Chicken Kiosk” business venture of the First Party;

2. The First party, on the other hand, agrees to report and make timely update to the Second
party on the status of the business regularly;

3. The money invested by the Second Party will be used only for the said above business and
only for such business and nothing else;

4. The First Party shall make a DAILY RETURN PAYMENT of P70.00 or 1.5% of the daily income
of the business, whichever is higher, beginning on July 24, 2022 until October 24, 2022;

5. Should the First Party fails to make three (3) consecutive daily return payment, this contract
will automatically be cancelled, and the First Party agrees to return the Ten thousand pesos
(Php 10,000.00) investment to the Second Party.

7. The First Party shall return the Php. 10,000.00 one day after October 24, 2022;

8. The Parties enters into this Agreement freely and voluntarily and warrants that the same is
not contrary to morals, public customs and public policy.
