Citizens and presently residing at Bambang Bulacan, Bulacan after having been
duly sworn in accordance to law hereby depose and state that:

1. That we are the absolute owner of a parcels of land situated in

Bambang Bulacan, Bulacan designated as Lot No. 6068 with an area
of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (1,184) Square
Meters and embraced by Tax Declaration No. 2018-05003-01959
with Property Index No. 020-05-003-015-061-L and Lot No. 6219
with an area of FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT
AND SEVENTY FIVE (4,468.75) Square Meters and embraced by Tax
Declaration No. 2018-05003-06439 with Property Index No. 020-05-
003-015-008-L of lands records for the Province of Bulacan;

2. The said parcels of land are neither tenanted nor cultivated by any
person or group except by the herein landowners;

3. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever other legal purpose it may serve.
