1. What are the main plans in a school or institute?


Annual curricular plans (PCA) and micro curricular plans of didactic unit (PUD) are made.
2. What are the general objectives of those plans?
It is a short-term management instrument that makes the implementation of the Institutional
Educational Project feasible. It contains a set of organized and scheduled actions or activities that the
educational community must carry out in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the educational
institution within one year.
3. Who takes part in planning them?
Planning is done by grade level teachers when they are generalists and by area teachers in higher
grades and subjects that have specialized teachers such as English, physical education and ECA
(exploration, conceptualization and application).
4. How long is each plan valid?
Annual planning lasts for one year and micro-planning currently lasts for a partial year.
5. What are they based on?
The planning is based on the curriculum developed in 2016 and the prioritized curriculum with
emphasis on competency developed in 2022.

In summary, the main plans in a school are annual curricular planning, which lasts for a year, and
micro curricular planning, which currently lasts for a partial year. It contains a set of organized and
chronogrammed actions or activities that the educational community must carry out in order to achieve
the objectives proposed by the educational institution within a year. In order to carry out the planning,
the curriculum developed in 2016 and the prioritized curriculum with emphasis on competency
developed in 2022 must be taken into account.
