That under the belief that, I am exempted from the filing of income tax
return with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);

That for this reason, I am not filing Income Tax Return with the BIR;

That I execute this affidavit to affirm the truth of the foregoing facts and for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve;
