Subject: Collecting of Waste powder at Dust Collector

Please be informed that this is a WRITTEN WARNING LETTER TO ALL teams A,B,and D regarding the
collection of the waste powder on the Dust Collector.

This is not the first time I have reminded to all of you about this matter but still you are neglecting
the matter. Our Standard procedure is to collect it every day by each team when on duty at 2 nd shift.

I hope this letter will serve as a reminder to you all. Supervisors please check also if they are doing
the task.
