FREDRIC TOKARS,

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

You are hereby commanded to arrest FREDRIC TOKARS who are to be found at the
Suburban of Atlanta Neighborhood of Marietta or anywhere in the state of Georgia and who
has been accused before this Court with the crime of RACKETEERING, MONEY
LAUNDERING AND MURDER and deliver him for forthwith to the nearest Police Station
or Jail.
You are enjoined to execute this warrant of arrest within ten (10) days from receipt
hereof. Within ten (10) days after expiration of such period, you are directed to make report
thereon to this count and in case of your failure to execute the same, to state and the reason
therefore.
There was no BAIL RECOMMENDED for the provisional liberty of the accused in
this case.
