PROMISSORY NOTE

Php 15,000.00 FROM: May 19, 2022

DUE: June 19, 2022

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Marie Zesca M. Dumlao (the “Borrower”) promises to pay Gian Carlo M. Arce,
the principal sum of Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 15,000.00, the “advance”), including interest
in accordance with the terms provided below:

1. This note shall be payable upon maturity date, on June 19, 2022, with 7% fixed interest based on
the gross advance amount.

2. If the borrower fails to pay the installment amount on or before the maturity date, a penalty shall
be imposed equal to 7% of the unpaid installment and interest, accruing from maturity date until the
payment date.

Zesca Dumlao agrees that this advance shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines.
