Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes are both one the biggest singers and songwriters in
this moment, very well-known all over the world. Although they share a lot of features, of
course, they also have many differences, which do not make one better than the other,
make them unique. For instance, both of them are from Canada and they began their
artistic career in a similar way: through social medias.
Justin got his start when he was discovered on YouTube by manager Scooter Braun in
2007. Shawn, as I said before, also got his start on social medias, however in contrast
to Justin he was not discovered by anyone; Shawn created a strong following on the
app Vine sharing covers of popular songs and in this way he attracted the attention of
Island Records in 2009.
It’s important to mention that Justin and Shawn not only have matches in the music they
also have one similarity in their personal life. Both of them dated Hailey Baldwin. Even
though Shawn and Hailey attended to several public places and finery in 2018.
Nevertheless, Hailey broke up with Shawn to reunite with Justin, who she had broken
off in 2016, and who had just broken up with Selena Gomez. In spite of all those
confusions, Justin got married to Hayley in 2019. Furthermore, after that situation, they
began to have some problems between them, but they resolved any issues they had
and collaborated on the 2020 song “Monster”, which has been a successful hit.
On the other hand, Shawn is as good a singer as Justin. Also, Justin has as many
recognized songs as Shawn and evidently Shawn is as good looking as Justin, although
Shawn is kinder and more lovely than him with fans. As you can see they are very
similar both as famous musicians and as simple people, except for the fact that Justin
has more followers in his social networks than Shawn. Due to, although Justin
sometimes is pretty impolite and rude with his fans, they love him in a way that I’m not
able to understand. While Shawn is the nicest person with us his fans, people love him,
but not with the same intensity and I repeat again: I do not why is that.
To conclude, Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes both are music stars, talented boys that
had a dream and they did the best to make it real. Despite all their differences and
clashes in the past they decided to forget those troubles and do the better for them.
Nowadays they look up to each other and both of them are currently considered the
biggest singer on the planet.
