Note ; Good quality ribbon and good quality stickers can produce a good quality printout and is
very good for the printhead.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Price quoted is vat inclusive and payment is 30 days . Newton Scanning Systems will
confirm all Purchase Orders issued by the buyer. Partial Deliveries are subjected for billing and
collection.

• Items ordered will immediately be delivered after receipt of the Purchase Order. If an item is out of
stock there will be a maximum waiting period of 6 weeks, but all efforts will be made to deliver the
items ordered in 2 weeks or less.

• Upon receipt of NSSI of a Purchase Order from the customer, it is considered as irrevocable
purchase order. Any order cancellation will be subject to 25% of the total order as processing and
penalty charges.

• All PO should be issued to newton Integrated Solutions, Inc.

• For total customer satisfaction, NEWTON SCANNING SYSTEMS,INC. Will respond within two hours
phone assistance or within twenty-four hours on site, upon customer call limited to Metro Manila
only.

• This proposal is valid for blanket PO with delivery within 6 months (

special approval .)
