SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ADRIANO C. CATARAJA, of legal age, Filipino, married, a resident of Brgy. XIV, Victorias
City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, and one of the heirs of the late Felipa Hontalba Cinconiegue, by
these presents, do hereby name, appoint and constitute my brother MARCIAL C. CATARAJA, likewise
of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Biking, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, and to perform acts and things, to wit;

1. To transact, process, negotiate, sign and enter into a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE and/or
any contract or agreements involving the Waiver, Transfer, Conveyance, Alienation, Sell,
and/or Otherwise Dispose a parcel of land situated in Biking, Dauis, Bohol, identified as
Lot No. 1504 and registered under the name of Felipa Hontalba, of whom I am one of the co-
heirs, either in whole or part thereof;

2. To execute and sign in my behalf all papers/documents and perform all other acts necessary
and proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority, EXCEPT to receive any payment in
the event of Sale, for I myself through my daughter ANDREA MARIE R. CATARAJA,
will receive the payment relating to my share, either in cash or in check;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power and authority herein granted, as
though I myself have performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL the he may do by virtue hereof
with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 8 th day of August 2022, at the
City of Victorias, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
