the 4th year students of La Patria College taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, are
currently conducting an accounting research entitled “Factors Influencing Ethical Dilemmas
in the Accounting Profession”.

In connection with this, we would like to ask your permission to allow us to conduct a survey
among the accounting personnel in your department. Participation in the survey is entirely
voluntary and there are no known or anticipated risks to participation in this study. All
information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for
