Developing Strategies and Plans of the Company

1.) Regarding your research from the previous task, how do you see the

corporation? What’s the business current situation?

Based on the previous task that I’ve researched about the company,

Anafara is a product trading company that manufactures and sells cosmetics

and beauty products. It is the pioneer of La Bonita Ph and Tinta beauty Ph.

The company is huge as it is one of the four-line businesses of MAV

Corporation. In addition, the corporation have several strategic partnerships

from other companies inside and outside of the country.

Currently, the company is in a starting phase since it was just

established last 2020, but despite of that the company had brought quite

significant impact in the cosmetic industry. For instance, Anafara provides

new and satisfying high quality products for current and future customers.
2.) Who do you think will be their target market?

The company’s target market are, mainly people who avails cosmetic

and beauty products. Consumers who value beauty, elegance, fashion, style,

and wellness are the target market of the company.

Firms such as beauty parlors, funeral parlors, salons/spas, anti-aging

clinics, skin care clinics, barber shops, massage clinics, and other small

businesses that requires the company’s products.

The company has also individual target market such as make-up

artists, estheticians, beauty bloggers, and etc.

3.) How can the firm deliver value to its target market?

The company can deliver value to the customers by providing

competitive and high quality products.
