INSPIRATION

- My grandma influenced me to go into teaching. She was a dedicated, passionate teacher who
was truly loved by her students. She seems like my idol and I always want to be a person like my
grandma. Besides, I’m really into teaching and tutoring because I have chances to help my
students with my experience and skills and I’m looking forward to see them attain their highest
potential.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

- I believe students learn best when they have a hand in creating their own curriculum. I center
the curriculum around the things they express interest in, which makes them excited to learn.
- asks questions about the child's likes, dislikes, interests, challenges and motivators (use
questionnaire)
 allows me to create a classroom where students feel seen and safe; want them to feel energized
about learning

REASON CHOSE BLUE SKY ACADEMY

- After researching Blue Sky Academy, I’m really impressed by the school’s teaching orientation
that center the relationship between students and students; between students and educators.
Besides, teachers work as a tutor who support students to develop, imagine, experience by
themselves. That allows students to freely express their opinion, make their own decision or
solve their own problems.
Four Pillars of Learning is considered the fundamental principles of school: learn to know, learn
to do, learn to be and learn to live together.
They are the reasons why I wanted to be a part of Blue Sky Academy

EVALUATE METHODS
