Introduction

In the 21st century, critical thinking has become one of the most important learning skills for
learners to develop in the dynamic. The type of thinking process that students must develop to prepare
them to confront the real world must go beyond simple learning of facts and content. "Knowledge
obtained through Higher-order thinking process is more easily transferable, so that students with a deep
conceptual understanding of an idea will be much more likely to be able to apply that knowledge to
solve new problems.

Being a 21st century teacher is very challenging. These challenges help us teachers realize the
importance of integrating Higher Order Thinking Skill and Multiple Intelligences on the teaching and
learning process. We realized that every students is a unique individual with different needs and
multiple intelligences thst is why we teachers, should know how to adjust and learn to use different
strategies inorder to give the needs of every learner. It is very important to make our classroom
environment conducive for the teaching and learning process.

As teachers we must constantly be aware of the learning style of our students in order to
encorporate instructional strategies that will enhance their learning potential. It also helps us to decide
the best way ti present information and to decide activities. We believe it is equally important to include
bits of each of the intelligences.

Giving teachers better tools creates better learning outcomes for all students and help them
save time and focus to bringing lessons to life.

As lgu teachers the session made realized about our wholehearted service and willingness to
share our skills and knowledge acquired from this session to develop learners with critical thinking with
enhanced multiple intelligences
