I am Ezra Hilary Ceniza, a graduate of AB Linguistics and Literature from Cebu City
Philippines. I have my TESOL and CELTA certificates and a licensed teacher back in
the Philippines. I am currently working as an ESL/ IELTS teacher in Hanoi and have
three years of experience in the teaching profession. 

I would like to apply as a Customer Service Representative in your company. I

understand that it is quite far from my work experience but I am highly trainable and my
English skills are at a communicative level, hence, it will be easier for me to engage with
clients both in writing and in speaking.

I believe this is relevant to the job of being a customer service representative as they
are mainly help out customers on their concerns and complaints, they also give
information and answer questions about the product and being able to communicate in
the language understood by everyone will get the job done easily.
