If so, we would like to hear from you.
Study for families who experienced disability-based discrimination:
Participating in the study will provide us with valuable information to
help improve the experience of patients with disabilities and their
families in the healthcare system.

Participants will be asked to complete a:

• 15-minute informational phone call
• Short survey (5 min)
• 1-hour confidential phone or video-
conference interview
Participants will receive:
• $100 for their time and valuable
perspective

Are you eligible?
We are looking for families who have:
• A child between 1 and 18 years
old with complex medical needs
and disability
• A child who interacts with the
healthcare system frequently
• Felt they have been treated
differently in the healthcare
system because of their child’s
disability
