The approximate location of the percolation test is shown on the attached Percolation Test Location Plan. The percolation test hole was manually excavated inside an existing trench drain to 2 feet below the existing surface or refusal to hand digging, using a pinch bar and a post-hole digger, with approximately 12 inches in diameter. The percolation test exposed light brown-white coralline limestone in the 2-foot deep test hole. No free water was encountered in the percolation test hole. The percolation test hole was first saturated with water prior to conducting the percolation test.
