COMPLAINT AGAINST SCHOOL BUS PICK AND DROP

With due respect to say that my daughter named Fatima batool (aged 5 years studying in
nursery class Engro model school) was coming from school to home in school bus on Friday 5 th
October 2018 .

Bus conductor was supposed to drop her in awami hotel at 12.00hrs but he didn’t .My family
was waiting for my daughter but she didn’t come on time . My daughter got late about 30
minutes from normal routine and this made my family members worried .My younger brother
then went after my daughter by tracing the bus .When he found the bus fatima batool was
inside the bus and when my bother inquired about why fatima was not dropped off on awami
hotel ,the conductor replied by saying that I forgot because of heavy traffic . The conductor was
not ashamed of his act and he took the matter lightly by saying that it usually happens . My
brother then took fatima back home

So I request you to take strict action against the bus conductor because it really made us
worried and anything could have happened to her if my brother wouldn’t have found her.
