virtual Research forum.

II. What Essential Fluencies did the research use in pursuing their goal which to come up
with the Research Journal?
“The Essential Fluencies have nothing to do with hardware—they are about headware,
and heartware!”

Due to circumstances different circumstances that pandemic has brought us, We Filipinos did not let this
hindrance our thirst for learning and innovating. Last September 25, Bacolod City National High School
conducted a Virtual Research Forum to tackle the issues of doing research at this times. Which became very
helpful assisting major of learners persuing their journey as competitive individuals. Not only that it come as
aid for learners, it also became a fantastic opportunity for Professionals who yearn for learning.

The online forum, offered a broad perspective crom different organizers and presentors. Through the
platform, they characterized their desire and passion for research— a trait needed to apply what they have
learned for personal advancement as well progress for the community, city and as a part of a bigger whole.
Mr. Phillip De Oca also noted that, despite the fact that we are currently facing challenges, learners must
adopt to the changing situations.

After all the online forum is themed " The Essential Fluencies have nothing to do with the hardware– they
are about headware and heartware."
