In Brgy. San Juan, Taytay Rizal it is alarming that a lot of children can be seen outside of their houses, playing on
the street without wearing masks. In our observance, we notice that most of the children who play outside without
wearing mask does not received a proper care of their guardian. As we look deeper on this problem we discover that
the children's guardian have different reason why they did not give enough attention.

The guardians have two types of reason, the important and the not important. First, we will discuss the important
reason why the guardian cannot give an enough attention to the kids, such as they are on their job , they are sick,
and etc., this reasons cannot be deny that most of the guardian who play its role correctly, face this situation. The
second one is the not important such as they are too busy on their phones (this situation may not be seems true, but
it is), some guardian is gambling, drinking alcoholic drinks and etc., which cause to neglect their goals as a parent.

Children can easily get bored, so they go and find fun things to do. They go outside and play with their friends, we
could not deny that kids boredom play a role why kids is not staying in their house.

8. OBJECTIVES: to assist the community in keeping the children inside of their houses and we aim to enlighten the
