How to fill in personal performance goals？

1. Please click the link below to enter the filling interface:

login in ZMP system, https://zmp.iwhalecloud.com/

2. Choose “Human Resources” in the menu list.

3. Choose “Peformance mangagement”

4. Choose “My performance”

5. Choose “My performance goal management”, then you can see your
organization’s next quarter goals.

6. Start filling in your current quarter’s performance, do “Self-evaluation”. Note: Fill

in the completion of the target in the previous quarter.
7. Please fill in “Self performance goals for the next quarter”

Note: In order to support the completion of the organization's Q4 goals, please fill in
no more than five individual quarterly performance targets, noting that the
performance targets are not work summary or job description.

How to query performance grade?

1. Choosse “Human resources—performance management –My performance”

2. Choose “ My performance”, then you can check your performance grade each
quarter.
