Manila, duly authorized agent of my husband CHRISTOPHER P. ALONZO, of
Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, with postal and residence address at 2261
Unit A, Pasigline Street, Sta. Ana, Manila, hereby depose and state that:

1. CHRISTOPHER P. ALONZO is the owner of the property covered

by TCT No. T-1042793, and consisting of 113 square meters, including
improvements thereon, located at Block 8, Lot 28, Birch Street, Green City
Subdivision, Malagasang II-A, Imus City, Cavite and more particularly described
thereunder.

2. To the best of my knowledge, there is no existing adverse claim or

any other claim whatsoever over the said property.

3. I am executing this affidavit for whatever legal purpose it may

serve.
