Activity Study H all (once a month) - 60 minutes 3.7+th Grade Lunch (as needed) - 15 - 20 minutes Student Handbook School rules, regulations, and policies are explained in our schoo] handbook. The handbook is available in both hard copy and digital formats. Students and Parents are to be aware of and follow all expectations outlined in the handbook. Absence and Make-up Work Any classwork, quizzes, or assigned homework that was due on a day when the student was absent must be made up and turned in within two days of the student's return to school. CLASSROOM POLICIES Infractions and Procedures As a team, we are implementing the ‘three strike’ rule. Students will have three chances to curtail the unwanted behavior(s). If student chooses to commit an offense, the following will be implemented: 1st consequenc e Teacher warning. Notation made. 2nd consequence Notation made, and a phone call made to parent/guardian in an attempt to curtail behavior. 3rd consequence Notation made. Parent Meeting. Team monitor sheet. 4 th consequence Student referral to the admi nistrator for discipline. Major offense noted. All MAJOR offenses will be handled directly by the administrator for discipline. Login information may be requested via the school at vsabms@gdoe.net, or by contacting the school directly at (671) 632 - 5647. Should you have questions regarding your child's grades, please contact me directly at empineda@gdoe.net 2.While every effort is made to contact you, it is also incumbent upon you to ensure your child is present and on time. If your child is absent, please provide them with an excuse note upon their return. Reminder, every three consecutive absences must have a doctor's note. 3.Please complete and submit any documents as requested by the teacher and/or school (ie. progress reports , memos, media release, health forms, AUP forms, etc) ina timely manner. Provide the teacher and school with updated contact numbers and email addresses (if any). 4. Please ensure your child brings the necessary materials to class daily and as provided by school. 5.
