In the observance of the highlights of National Disaster Resiliency Month with the theme “Kahandaan sa
Sakuna’t Peligro para sa Tunay na Pagbabago”, the DepEd Cebu City Division DRRM office together with
the school coordinators would like to inform your good office that we will be having a field visit in
PAGASA Mactan Weather Station this coming July 10, 2019 7:30 am to 12:00 pm (1 st Batch) and 1:00 pm
to 5:00 pm (2nd Batch). This is also in connection with the “Information, Education and communication
(IEC)” campaign of both aforementioned agencies conducted last August 2 – 3, 2019 with the topics
focused on Weather Updates, Hydro-Meteorological Hazards and PAGASA Warning System.

In connection with this, we would to request from your office (2) kaoshiong buses to transport our
teachers from Cebu City Division Office to PAGASA Mactan Weather Station, Lapulapu City and vice
versa.

We looking forward for a favorable response regarding this matter.
