containing white crystalline substance believed to be
“SHABU” weighing 0.05 grams.

“B” Three (3) pcs small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing

white crystalline substance of suspected “SHABU” with an
aggregate amount of 12 grams.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

A. NATURE OF THE CASE/VIOLATION: VIOLATION OF RA 9165

B. SUSPECT: MARICRIS SANTOS dela CRUZ, Female, 35 years old, married,

Filipino, and a resident of 14 Poblacion, Makati City; and, ALBERTO
DOMINGO, Male, 40 years old, Spanish, and currently residence at 12-B
Mckinley Towers, Poblacion, Makati City.

C. DATE/TIME OF APPREHENSION: August 25, 2022 on or about 7:00 PM

D. PLACE OF APPREHENSION: Aurora Bar, Poblacion, Makati City

E. ARRESTING OFFICERS: PO1 Mark Arenas

appropriate charges against the suspect.
