NARRATIVE REPORT

On the 29th day of July 2022, the Gender Equity Seminar was conducted at Kapatiran San
Jose Bldg. Brookside Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. The said seminar has
audience from different group inside the organization such as PVL’s, SPO, and SSP.

This activity aims to inform the audience about the injustices the society brings to all
human. This topic was simply elaborated by the speakers how small things can be
regarded as stereotyping in Gender as a whole. Women are generally expected to dress in
typically feminine ways and be polite, accommodating, and nurturing. While Men are
generally expected to be strong, aggressive, and bold. This seminar brings such an
excellent job on reminding everyone that gender has no concern on fulfilling one’s duty.
Every each of us is human, therefore, there should be no qualification of Gender to
perform things that someone wants to achieve and do.

At exactly 7:00 in the morning, the members of the organization help out in setting up the
place where the seminar is taking place. After all was done and everyone seems already
there, It is started by a prayer, and followed by opening remarks of our beloved officer,
Mr. Roger L. Luceño, and after all was set out, the activity began; all of the participants
were cooperative and truthful in their responses, they are very cooperative with the
activities given by the speakers despite the fact that it was such a long time since we held
face-to-face seminar. The moment the event started, all seems well and things went
according to the plan.

This activity is such a great success, all thanks to the staff, speakers, and audiences that
wholeheartedly participates in every phase of the seminar. It was such a great to have all
of us working together, and we are sincerely giving our thanks to all the efforts everyone
has exerted in this activity, may these serve as a great experience in every each of us.
