What Create ways to monitor students’ activity in school.

For Whom For those parents who want to monitor their child activities in school; while
considering the needs of school administration in parent – school partnership.

Context I Keeping in mind that parents are partners in the education of their children,
and most of them are busy to monitor their children’s school activities.

Goals We aim to create a new monitoring application. At the completion of this

project, we want to test the application in one private school in the city.

Assumptions We need to test the assumption(s) that parents want to be updated on what
is happing to their child at school. That involves attendance monitoring,
announcements, calendar of activities, circular, violation, and others.

Elevator Pitch Create a monitoring application for parents to monitor their children’s activities
in school and develop a great parent-school partnership despite of their busy
schedule. Our assumption is that parents want to be updated on what is
happing to their child at school which involves attendance monitoring,
announcements, calendar of activities, circular, violation reports, and others.
The prototype of the application will be tested in one partner school in the city.
