against Nigel Masa y Baldebrin with his given NPS Docket no. 7-7-INV-09E-00186.

No records were found based on our docket. However, further verification

was made and find out that the case was filed at Office of City Prosecutor
Dumaguete and with docket no. VII-11-INV-09E-00186. He was already given the
attached certification by the said office, copy attached for ready reference.

In view thereof, may we recommend to refer the matter to the Office of

City Prosecutor of Dumaguete City for further confirmation of the details of the
case.
