2. SPECIFICATION : According to latest
Report of Analysis from SUCOFINDO.
3. QUANTITY : 2 X 50,000 MT/Month.
4. PACKING : BULK.
5. DELIVERY : 30 (thirty) days after receiving LC at sight.
6. TARGET PRICE : FOB MV Loading Port USD 38/MT.
(Price Included Export Documents).
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT : 100% Irrevocable Non-Transferable LC at sight.
Counter PB 2%.
8. INSPECTION SURVEYOR : PT. SUCOFINDO/PT. CCIC INDONESIA/PT. ANINDYA.
9. CONTRACT PERIOD : 1 (one) year.
10. TRIAL SHIPMENT : 50,000 MT
11. PROCEDURE : To be agreed upon mutually and put in writing.
12. DESTINATION PORT : To be ship to China Ports.
