JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL

Plaintiff Matrix, LLC jointly with Defendants Canopy Partners, LLC, TMP Interactive

LLC, Jeff Pitts, Greg Gilbert, Abigail MacIver, and April Odom (collectively, the “Parties”),

pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii), ALA. R. CIV. P., and stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all

claims asserted among them with all parties to bear their own costs.

WHEREFORE, the Parties request the Court enter an order dismissing all claims among

them with prejudice.
