RENTAL POLICY
1. TENANT SHALL KEEP PREMISES IN GOOD CONDITION.
3. TENANT SHALL PAY THE BILL OF WATER AND ELECTRIC AND RENT PROMPTLY ON THE DUE DATE.
7. TENANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES SUCH AS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT FAILURE, KITCHEN FIRE OR
ANY KIND THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.
9. DO NOT FLUSH DOWN TISSUE PAPER, CIGARETTE BUTTS, SANITARY NAPKINS AND OTHER OBJECTS THAT CAN CLOG THE
TOILET. TENANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS.
10. DO NOT LET FOOD OR ANYTHING TO GO IN THE KITCHEN DRAINAGE. IT MAY CLOG THE DRAINING SYSTEM , TENANTS WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR.
11. TENANTS WILL WAIT PATIENTLY IF THERE WAS A WATER OR ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION.
12. LAND LORD/LADY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT APARTMENT AT REASONABLE TIMES.
13. TENANT SHALL ADVISE LAND LORD/LADY OF ANY ITEMS REQUIRING REPAIR, SUCH AS DRIPPING FAUCET, LIGHT
SWITCHES, ABNORMAL OPEN/CLOSE OF DOORS, WINDOWS AND CABINETS.
15. TENANTS AND EACH GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AT ALL TIMES, SPECIALLY WHEN THEY GO TO
THE ROOF.
16. TENANTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, INCLUDING BICYCLES, PLAY EQUIPMENTS OR
OTHER ITEMS THAT WILL BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HALLS, GARAGE AREA, OR ABOUT THE BUILDING.
17 NO EXCESSIVE NOISE OR MUSIC SPECIALLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10PM AND 8AM.
18. THE LAND LORD/LADY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE FORE GOING RULES BY RESCINDING OR AMENDING,
OR TO MAKE SUCH OTHER RULES OR REGULATIONS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO PROVIDE FOR THE COMFORT AND
CONVENIENCE OF ALL TENANTS, AND FOR THE SAFETY, CARE, PROPER MAINTENANCE AND CLEANLINESS OF THE PREMISES.
