Dear Friend/Colleague,

It is our immense pleasure to inform you that your application for the Ninth Annual Early
Hindi & Brajbhasha Online Workshop has been accepted. This workshop will commence on
11 July 2022 and will continue until 24 July 2021. We are pleased to welcome you as an
auditor for the sessions on the first two days (11 and 12 July 2022) and as a full participant
from Day 3 onwards (July 13). We are asking all new participants to observe how the
Workshop is conducted on the first two days in order to enhance your and everyone's
experience. Due to the online format that we have been using since last year, we received a
large number of applications, and we are delighted to have scholars from across the globe
joining us in our readings.

This online workshop is free of charge, but we strongly suggest that participants make a small
voluntary donation of between 10-40 euros to help charities fighting poverty and improving
social mobility through education under the conditions of Covid-19 in India. Any donation––
regardless of size––will go a long way to help those in need, particularly during these
precarious times. Donations for participation can be made at the following link:

Enclosed in this email, you will also find a guide for participation for the online workshop.
This gives instructions for both reading participants and auditors, as well as familiarizes new
participants with the structure of the workshop. Please visit the online workshop page for
information on the programme schedule and also access to reading materials.

We are looking forward to “meeting” you all this Monday on the first day of the workshop.

Sincerely,

The Organizing Committee
